Our Business Plan in Two Phases

Phase One: Laying the Foundation Together

At InvestBulgaria, we are looking for committed investors and landowners who can help us realize the first phase of our visionary project around Lake Sopot and in Golyama Zhelyazna. The goal of Phase 1 is the establishment of InvestBulgaria in Bulgaria, paving the way for sustainable development with a start-up capital of 5 million euros.

What does Phase One include?

Raising 5 Million Euros in Capital:
- Investors have the opportunity to invest directly in our project, secured by land ownership at 10 euros per square meter.
- Landowners can:
  - Sell their land at 10% above market value.
  - Contribute their land to the project free of charge in exchange for shareholder shares (based on valuation).
  - Provide land at a fixed price of 10 euros per square meter.
Acquisition of Land:
- AVAILABLE plots of land around Sopot Lake.
- Purchase and mediation of exclusive land projects throughout Bulgaria.
Project Planning:
- Conceptualization of land use for commercial, vacation homes, hotels, nursing homes, and renewable energies.
- Development of a comprehensive development plan, including urbanization and parceling.
Infrastructure Planning:
- Determining the necessary infrastructure: roads, electricity, water, sewage, telecommunications.
- Selecting suitable construction companies and obtaining building permits.
